Michael Ruff is the kind of artist who everyone likes to “discover” and turn their friends onto. A consumate singer, songwriter and keyboardist, Ruff shows off his finely-honed skills.

Michael Ruff will be backed by singer Christina Boelskifte wellknown from the established music scene in Denmark in the last 20 years. She has sung with singers and groups from Sanne Salomonsen Nik & Jay for both large and small events, inter alia, Helle Thorning Schmidt and Queen Margrethe. She sings for the children in “Frost,” and has appeared for 250 million viewers live. There is not the genre she has not affected, but the style that is her most near, the pop and soul, and she feels in its element with a microphone and a piano.

Night of The Proms returns to Stockholm

Simple Minds meets Jill Johnson in a star packed show

It’s been three years since the highly acclaimed show Night of the Proms visited Sweden. On 19 March 2016 it is time again. This time at the impressive Friends Arena, and among the artists we find Jill Johnson, Simple Minds, Lisa Stansfield, Italian singer Zucchero and John Miles.

Night of the Proms is a music event where classical music meets pop with famous pop stars performing their hits accompanied by choir and the NOTP symphony orchestra Il Novecento conducted by Robert Groslot. The format has been around for 30 years with more than 9 million tickets sold to the shows that have taken place since its inception.

Paul Young 2016

British legendary artist, PAUL YOUNG, have been part of the music scene for over 35 years. From 1979-1982 he played more than 700 concerts with the band Q-Tips, and had hits like “Tracks Of My Tears,” “Some Kind Of Wonderful” and “Stay The Way You Are”.

PAUL YOUNG then went solo and was signed to CBS / SONY Records.
From here took his solo career sky rocketed, with the cover version of Marvin Gays “Wherever I Lay My
Hat” and “Oh Girl “originally by The Chi-Lites. He really broke it throughout Europe with the single “Come Back & Stay”, which was number one in Germany for six weeks.

Since then, PAUL YOUNG has been on the charts with tracks like “Everytime You Go Away” and reissue of the cover verison of “Love of the Common People”, which is his most popular track on the music service Spotify with more than 2 million runs.

In 2006 he released PAUL YOUNG swing / big band album “Rock Swings – On the Wild Side of
Swing” which includes swing interpretations of songs like “Tainted Love” and “Enter Sandman”.

Recently, PAUL YOUNG participated in TV programs “Celebrity Masterchef” and “Hell’s Kitchen “, which has led to the release of his cookbook “On My Travels.”

At their peak, Nazareth were huge, selling vast quantities of albums and hit singles, pulling in enormous crowds to their shows all over the world.

Like all the best bands, Nazareth came from humble roots. They formed in Dunfermline, Scotland, and played the Scottish clubs throughout the 1960’s in their original incarnation as the Shadettes. The name change to Nazareth came in 1970 and in 1971 the band moved to London to start what was to become a long and illustrious recording career.
